Hot and very tasty, Paella is great fun, fantastic aromas while cooking and is DIFFERENT! And our Tapas is a lovely way to start things off!
We can cook up to three different paellas at the same time, and love to have guests come and chat to us while we are cooking!
Then we serve either straight from the giant pans or to the tables as sharing platters with your own choices of side dishes and/or salads.

Our Story
Almost 20 years ago, my younger daughter was arranging her wedding and asked me to book a bar for the day. After all, it's almost ILLEGAL to have a wedding without a bar!!
So I booked a bar with a local company, which I was told was the best about. They were 2 hours late in opening the bar, the bar was a shaky old trestle table, and they ran out of beer at 9.00 pm! A disaster.. So I thought I could do better, and that's how I started!
Paella came a little later, after we had started including catering, and my first chef asked me why I wasn't offering paella. I said I didn't know how to, and as he had worked in Spain for many years, he proceeded to show me, teach me the little secrets, and, it seems, he taught me well! I have cooked for lots of Spanish people, people who have lived in Spain and also 2 Spanish celebrities - one of whom is a well-known member of a TV trio! And they have all complimented us on our paella!!

Our Team
I have recently stepped back from my main business, Prestige Bars and Catering - a company with a huge variety of menus - to concentrate on my 1st love in cooking - Paella!
I am fortunate to have a large team of experienced staff to support me as well as my eldest D=daughter who runs a Wood Fired Pizza Company!

We like to listen to what you are asking for, offer any advice needed, then put together a package JUST FOR YOU! This could be just one type of paella, or 2 or even three different ones, cooked at the same time!
AND
We can set up anywhere under cover, OR, offer our attractive pop-up gazebo as an easy option! We can set up in your chosen venue, a car park, social club, front or back garden, event venue, sports club, public space, your driveway, in a factory - ANYWHERE!
Also - we can be completely self sufficient although it's handy to have access to clean running water.. BUT - can can bring our own water in water carriers!
The space we need is usually around 4m x 3m but we can vary that to suit the space available!! Sometimes in the tiniest space imaginable!
