Puffy Poffertjes

We are a Husband & Wife team who cook mini pancakes on our hot plate live in front of guests and add our own sauces and toppings, such as Nutella and strawberries, biscoff, pistachio and raspberries, etc.

We have a gazebo but also a cart made out of oak for weddings and more private parties/events. We really aim to wow your guests by dressing our cart up to the theme that you decide on.

We're happy to host a tasting session of our mini pancakes free of charge if you want to try them before you book us!

We have cooked our mini pancakes at weddings, food festivals and even baby showers. We would also like to break into the corporate world and showcase our mini pancakes at corporate events too.
