Puffy Poffertjes

We are a married couple from the Worcestershire, together we have decided to set up our business called Puffy Poffertjes and we absolutely love it. We have a passion for all types of events big or small as we love to meet new people and most importantly share our delicious food with you all.

With a passion for cooking and baking, as soon as we heard of Poffertjes we loved the idea of them instantly! Poffertjes are are small, fluffy Dutch mini pancakes that are traditionally served with powdered sugar and butter. We think it is really important to keep in tradition so therefore we have used the same ingredients originally from the Dutch recipe.

We cater to all types of events from weddings, to parties, baby showers, food festivals, the list goes on. For food events we have our own personalised Gazebo to use, and for other events such as weddings, private events and parties we have a specialised cart as can be seen on our photos. ​

We wanted to take this dish further and delve into more exciting and aesthetic dishes that include fruit, sauces and toppings and we will always be expanding and perfecting our menu.

With branded sauces and toppings such as Nutella, Biscoff & Oreo, we will be sure to appeal to all of your guests!​

Please message us for more information on our menu and the toppings we can provide, we are always thinking about how we can stand out at your special day and by this we develop more and more delicious toppings, such as KitKat coming soon!

We can also personalise our cart, as shown on photos we have beautiful sage decor, candles and stanchions, however if you have a specific theme we are open to discuss how we can adapt to that. All detail is important and we are here to listen.

Our pancakes are typically served in a tray with toppings, sauces of choice and cream.
