The Story Behind Rakle Entertainment

Rakle Entertainment started with a simple idea: give people a great party without making great entertainment unaffordable.

What began with a passion for music and DJing has grown into something much bigger. Instead of simply turning up, playing music and going home, I wanted to build an entertainment service where customers could have more choice and guests could become part of the experience.

I started developing Rakle Entertainment around the things that matter at a real event — good music, a great atmosphere, professional sound and lighting, and a DJ who listens to what people actually want.

As the business developed, I began creating different packages for birthdays, weddings, children's parties, school discos, garden parties, community events and other celebrations. I also introduced build-your-own packages, giving customers more control over what they pay for instead of forcing everyone into the same package.

But I didn't want Rakle Entertainment to be just another DJ service.

I began developing new ideas using technology, including our Guest Hub. Guests can get involved with the party from their phones, including sending song requests, sharing photos and posting messages. It brings the traditional DJ experience together with something more modern and interactive.

Making the business accessible has also been important to me. Customers can get in touch online, through live chat or WhatsApp, making it easier to ask questions and get a quote without the usual back-and-forth.

I also believe entertainment can have a positive impact beyond private parties. That's why I've explored ways of supporting community events and organisations where budgets can be limited. Sometimes helping create a memorable event is worth more than simply chasing the biggest booking.

I'm still building Rakle Entertainment, learning what works, improving the service and coming up with new ideas.

The goal isn't to become the most expensive DJ company.

The goal is to become the company people remember.

A company that's approachable, affordable and willing to do things differently.

Because when somebody books Rakle Entertainment, they're not just booking someone to play music.

They're trusting me with a part of their celebration - and I want to make it one they'll remember.

Rakle Entertainment has grown through hands-on experience, a passion for music and a commitment to making every event memorable.
