We are a small, family run business using our own recipes to create our specialty range of artisanal sausages, burgers and marinated meats, including beef, chicken, lamb and pork.

All of our hand-produced products add a burst of flavour to any plate and adhere to our philosophy of using sustainable local ingredients and avoiding the use of artificial colourings or flavourings.

We offer bespoke catering services for all kinds of occasions and sizes, and are equally at ease at both private events or corporate functions, where we are more than happy to tailor a menu together to suit exactly what is required in order it to be enjoyable, tasty and therefore successful.

We have provided our services for private events such as birthday parties, weddings and social get-togethers.
