Reed Shot It

Reed Shot It is a mobile Pop-Up Portrait Studio designed for events, fairs, dog shows, family days, charity fundraisers, seasonal events and corporate occasions.

We bring a complete professional photography studio directly to the event, including our 3m × 3m gazebo, studio backdrop, professional lighting, photography equipment, on-site printing and card payment facilities.

Guests can step into the studio for a short professional portrait session, whether they are attending as a family, couple, with children or with their dog. Depending on the event, portraits can include professionally edited digital photographs as well as 6×4 prints produced on the day.

The studio can operate in several different ways. At public events and fairs, guests can purchase their own portrait packages directly from us. For private, corporate or promotional events, the organiser can hire the studio so that portraits are provided as part of the guest experience. We can also work with charities on fundraising portrait days, with an agreed contribution from portrait sales going to the organisation.

We provide the complete setup and manage the photography, customer experience, payments, printing and digital delivery ourselves.

Reed Shot It is based in East Sussex and covers events throughout Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas.

Reed Shot It began with a simple aim: to create professional photographs that people are genuinely excited to keep.

After photographing families, couples, pets, businesses and events across Sussex, I became increasingly interested in finding a way to bring the experience of a professional portrait studio directly to people rather than always asking people to come to the photographer.

That idea developed into the Reed Shot It Pop-Up Portrait Studio.

The studio combines professional photography with the accessibility and atmosphere of a live event. Families, couples, children and pet owners can simply step inside, have their portraits taken and leave with a professional print from the day, with edited digital photographs available afterwards.

What I particularly like about the concept is that it works in so many different environments - from dog shows and family fairs to charity events, corporate family days, seasonal events and community festivals.

The aim is simple: bring a genuine professional studio experience to places where people are already enjoying themselves together.

Adam has professional experience photographing families, couples, children, pets, businesses and events across East Sussex and the surrounding areas.

That experience is particularly valuable within the Pop-Up Portrait Studio, where every customer is different and sessions need to be handled quickly without making the photographs feel rushed or impersonal.

Adam is comfortable working with adults, children and animals, adapting posing, lighting and the session itself to whoever steps into the studio. Reed Shot It also manages the complete photography process in-house, from capture and professional editing through to on-site printing and delivery of the finished digital photographs.

Our clients are primarily event organisers, charities, community organisations, businesses and venues looking to offer their guests something more memorable than a traditional photo booth.

The Pop-Up Portrait Studio is particularly well suited to dog shows and pet events, family fun days, community fairs, charity fundraisers, festivals, school and PTA events, corporate family days, Christmas and seasonal events, shopping events and private celebrations.

We can work with both large organised events and smaller local events, adapting how the studio operates to suit the audience and event format.

Reed Shot It uses professional photography, studio lighting, printing and editing equipment throughout the Pop-Up Portrait Studio.

We carry Public Liability Insurance and can provide event organisers with the relevant insurance documentation and risk assessment information when required.

All photographs are professionally edited by Reed Shot It, with digital galleries delivered through a dedicated professional photography gallery service.

The studio also accepts card and contactless payments and can produce professional 6×4 photographic prints during the event.
