Our Story

I have been cooking for many years in restaurants, wine estates, hotels and other establishments. I want to share my food ideas and knowledge and appreciate the importance of living in the great outdoors, and life is meant to be fun! I love open fires, cooking on fires and basically anything that involves food with fires!

My name is Nina Mash. I live in the UK and am originally from Namibia. I have worked and studied in the beautiful Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Cape Town area in South Africa. Afterwards, I worked in Florida, America, and also in Belgium, Paris, Holland and the UK. By doing this, I have experienced many different cultures and seen some crazy things!

Experience

I love to entertain, create and inspire. I hate waste. I promote sustainability and I think we are what we eat. That is why I taught myself how to make so many food items from scratch, all natural, all homemade.
