Renato’s Naples Street Food brings the authentic flavours of Naples to the UK. Led by Italian chef Renato Dalbon, we specialise in traditional Neapolitan street food prepared fresh and served hot at markets, festivals and private events across the North West.
Our signature dishes include the famous Frittatina di Pasta, available in Amatriciana, Four Cheese and Mushroom, made with bucatini pasta, parmesan, pecorino and smoked provola. We also serve crispy potato croquettes with smoked provola and classic homemade tiramisù.

Our Story
My name is Renato Dalbon and I am an Italian chef with a passion for authentic street food from Naples. During my career I worked in Italian restaurants where I specialised in preparing traditional Neapolitan dishes and classic Neapolitan street food.
Over the years I have travelled and gained experience from different kitchens and cultures, but my focus has always remained on Italian cuisine and the traditional flavours of Naples.
Renato’s Naples Street Food was created to bring the true taste of Naples to the UK. My goal is simple: to share authentic Italian street food made with passion, quality ingredients and the traditions I learned throughout my career.
Every dish I serve reflects my roots, my experience and my love for Italian food.

Behind the business, there is also the support of my partner, who stands by my side and supports me in this adventure, helping with the organisation, preparation and running of our street food events.
Together we share the same passion: bringing the true taste of Naples to markets and events and creating a warm, authentic Italian food experience for our customers.

With years of experience working in Italian restaurants, Renato Dalbon has developed strong skills in traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on Neapolitan street food and classic dishes from Naples.
Throughout his career, he has worked at a variety of large events and festivals across the UK with established catering companies, gaining valuable experience in high-volume street food service. These events include Leeds Festival, Manchester Cricket events, festivals in Cardiff, Liam Gallagher events, the Dog Festival in Chichester, and several major events in London.
Today, through Renato’s Naples Street Food, he brings this experience to markets, festivals and private events across the North West, offering customers an authentic Neapolitan street food experience inspired by the traditions of southern Italy.
