Unbelievably poor communication for my wife’s 40th. Having replied to my quote request, he then proceeded to ignore messages and agreed calls over the coming weeks. He sent messages weeks apart telling me he was still free but I couldnt pin him down to a call. The last reply I had was to several of my (getting desperate) messages chasing an update, where he agreed to another call and again didn’t pick up at the agreed time. I got to the point 3 weeks before the event of issuing an ultimatum that I would need to look elsewhere, to which to this day he’s still not replied (the event happened two weeks ago). My last message to him confirming I’d booked another DJ is still unread on WhatsApp. I expect he’s far too busy to care about this review
