Rich was an excellent chef/carver, the knowledge & service that Rich Piggins gave was second to none! Communication was spot on, very clean informative & polite. Will be definitely be using his Hog Roast again in the future but maybe this time a few pork joints instead of the massive Hog we had! we had so much left over we gave a lot to friends & family. The crackling was to die for too!
