Our Story
My interest in magic started when someone showed me a simple card trick that completely fooled me. That moment stuck. What began as a long-term hobby gradually turned into something more serious after I started performing at friends’ weddings, and people began leaving reviews and recommending me.
Over the last five years, I’ve been performing regularly at weddings, corporate events and private parties, building experience in real event environments where guests are busy, distracted and often don’t know each other. Those are the situations where close-up magic works best, helping people relax and connect quickly.
What drives me is simple. I enjoy meeting new people and creating a moment where guests stop thinking about work, phones and everything else going on around them. When it works well, you see it immediately. People lean in, laugh, get involved and start interacting with each other rather than just watching a performance.
My approach is deliberately guest-focused rather than show-focused. One thing I often do is invite guests to write a short message to someone they’re with instead of just signing a card. That message becomes part of the magic, and they keep it afterwards. It turns a trick into something more personal and gives people a reason to be present and engaged with each other rather than scrolling on their phones.
Event organisers also book me because the experience around the performance matters. Clear communication, reliability and being easy to work with are just as important as the magic itself, especially when someone is responsible for an important event.
I’ve had the opportunity to perform at venues including The Savoy and Four Seasons hotels, along with a range of well-known wedding venues across Essex, and I regularly work with repeat clients who rebook me for future events.
Recently, I made the decision to leave my previous career and focus on magic full-time. I’ve always been a people-person, and this work allows me to do what I enjoy most while also building something meaningful for my family and setting an example for my son about stepping outside your comfort zone.
