fantastic chef!
We hired Hugh for our wedding dinner in a rental cottage in the middle if nowhere! In the weeks preceding we finessed the menu. On the day if delivery Hugh arrived in plenty of time and carried in with his work with no input from us. The food was served, plentiful and fabulous choice and taste. He also worked with our murder mystery actor. Sl in all Hugh was fantastic

Every Aspect was Fantastic
