Riva Steak

Our two restaurant-grade grills ensure the steak is charred on the outside yet juicy in the middle. Custom built in 2025, our trailer is fully self-contained, with the option to be powered by a quiet off-grid battery system. So we can roll in, set up anywhere and start serving perfectly cooked steak and fries with minimal disruption to your event. It has a compact footprint with a sliding serving hatch to maximise space.
