Lewis communication was good throughout and friendly. Informed me of everything. Unfortunately colleague that served our guests could have been friendlier and wasn’t very accommodating on when we wanted photo shoot in van. We did it in the end but made it feel like a nuisance a little. Have fed this back to Lewis and he took feedback on board and confident he is working to improve that. His customer service is professional. Great value for the service. Thank you
