Rolld is an independent bakery based in Aylesbury, specialising in handcrafted cinnamon buns made in small batches. From the classic cinnamon bun to a rotating menu of indulgent flavours, every bun is made from scratch using a soft enriched dough and finished with carefully selected toppings.
Founded by Poppy, Rolld began as a passion project and has grown through local markets, events and weekly pre-orders. Our Story
ROLLD. was founded by Poppy following a career in the corporate world, driven by a desire to build something of her own around a genuine passion for baking. What began as baking cinnamon buns for friends and family quickly grew into a thriving small business, fuelled by word of mouth, local markets and a loyal customer base.

Our Team
Rolld is currently a small team of two. The business is owned and run by Poppy, who is responsible for all recipe development, production and baking. Every bun is mixed, shaped, baked and finished by hand to ensure the quality and consistency that Rolld has become known for.
Katie supports the business behind the scenes, helping with events, customer service and day-to-day operations as the business continues to grow.
