Our food is freshly prepared with care, with menus tailored to suit the style and size of your event. From relaxed buffet-style catering and delivery-only options to catered events with setup and service, we can create an option that works for you.

We cater for intimate gatherings as well as larger events and can offer a range of traditional Jamaican favourites alongside vegetarian options and sides.

Based in West Sussex, we cater across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, London and surrounding areas. Whether you're planning a family celebration, wedding, party or large event, Roots Rock Reggae is all about authentic food, generous hospitality and bringing a taste of Jamaica to your guests.

Roots Rock Reggae was created from a love of authentic Jamaican food, culture and bringing people together. Our food is rooted in the flavours I grew up with and the dishes that form part of Jamaican family life and celebrations. I wanted to create a business that offers more than simply a meal – something that brings the warmth, colour, flavour and hospitality of Jamaica to people's occasions. Whether we're serving at a community market, preparing a private celebration or catering a special event, the aim is the same: freshly prepared food, authentic flavour and a welcoming experience.

Roots Rock Reggae caters for private celebrations, community and corporate events, with experience preparing Jamaican food for both individual customers and larger groups. We offer flexible catering options including delivery-only catering, buffet catering, event setup and staffed service depending on the requirements of the occasion. We are building a growing calendar of private catering and event bookings across the South East.

We cater for individuals, families, businesses, community organisations and event organisers looking for authentic Jamaican and Caribbean food. Our bookings range from intimate dinner parties and family celebrations to birthdays, weddings, corporate events, community events, festivals and larger private functions. We work with customers to tailor the menu and level of service to their event, guest numbers, dietary requirements and budget.

Roots Rock Reggae is a registered food business with Mid Sussex District Council and holds a 5 Food Hygiene Rating. Level 2 Food Hygiene trained, with documented food-safety and HACCP/SFBB procedures in place.
