The smells would fill the house and her Sunday dinners had to be tasted to be believed. The recipes that she taught me all those years ago are now at the heart of what we create at the Bajan Jerk Box. We select the best ingredients and prepare them freshly on-site to bring you the real taste of the Caribbean.
