Round The Blend Coffee Co is a friendly, passionate team based in Hertford, Hertfordshire, serving artisan, locally roasted coffee from our much loved vintage VW camper van. We launched the business in 2024, born from a genuine love of great coffee and community.

You will also find us serving commuters in Stansted Abbotts during the week, right on the London commuter belt, as well as attending classic car shows, community events, and private bookings across Hertfordshire and London. At the heart of everything we do is our beautiful vintage VW van called Freda. She turns heads everywhere she goes and brings a unique charm to every event.

What We Offer: We serve a full menu of artisan, locally roasted coffee, crafted with care and consistency. Alongside our coffee, we offer a range of speciality drinks including iced coffee, matcha, chai latte, and luxury hot chocolate. We can also provide fresh pastries, cakes, and sweet treats, tailored to your event’s needs.

We are fully self‑sufficient and can operate using either: Our own generator, or A standard electric hook up

This makes us ideal for outdoor events, remote locations, film sets, and corporate sites. Start and finish times are fully flexible and we tailor everything to your schedule.

Price Guide: Round The Blend Coffee Co charges a £250 base fee for every booking, which covers travel, full setup of our vintage VW coffee van, staff, and power. After that, you simply choose either an hourly rate or a drink package, depending on what suits your event best. Hourly rates typically range from £100–£150 per hour for half‑day bookings, £80–£120 per hour for full‑day bookings, and £75–£110 per hour for film and TV shoots, with final pricing depending on guest numbers, drink choices, pastries or cakes, location, and power needs. Alternatively, you can select a tailored drink package, which can include unlimited or capped servings of hot and cold drinks, and replaces the hourly rate entirely.

We began by serving in the local village where we live, quickly becoming a favourite spot for dog walkers, families, and neighbours. The response was incredible and people loved the quality of our coffee and the warm, personal service. As demand grew, so did our team, allowing us to expand into new locations and events.

We are committed to reducing waste and operating responsibly. This includes using recyclable cups and recyclable plastic lids We also reuse our coffee grounds, donating them to a local flower farm as a natural soil enhancer. We use thoughtful sourcing and eco‑conscious practices wherever possible.
