Route Café was established in 2025 with a simple idea: to bring great coffee directly to people, wherever they are – including their place of work through our workplace coffee runs.

In early 2026, we expanded Route Café into the events industry, providing fresh, barista-style coffee at weddings, parties, corporate events and private functions.

We are now looking to grow this side of the business and work with more event organisers, venues, couples and businesses to bring Route Café to a wider range of weddings, parties and events.

Whether it's a small private celebration or a large-scale event, we provide a professional, friendly and memorable coffee experience for your guests.

Our Story

Route Café was created with one simple idea: to bring great coffee and a unique experience to events.

With a background in emergency services and education, I've always enjoyed working with people, being part of a team and creating memorable experiences. Route Café gives me the opportunity to bring that passion into weddings, parties, corporate events, festivals and celebrations.

We started in 2025 with our coffee truck, initially bringing coffee directly to local customers and workplaces. As the business grew, we began attending weddings and events, where we quickly realised just how much people loved having a dedicated coffee bar as part of their day.

Today, Route Café specialises in bringing a fully mobile coffee experience to events. From beautifully presented wedding coffee bars to busy corporate events and private parties, we aim to make serving great coffee effortless for our customers.

For us, it's not just about serving coffee. It's about creating a moment people remember.
