Rob and Ryan have known each other for the best part of four decades. What began as a shared love of food turned into a genuine skill, and eventually into something they never set out to build.

Rob spent six years perfecting the craft at home, cooking for family and friends and chasing down the perfect Neapolitan pizza, the right dough, the right char, the right snap. What started as a bit of fun between two old friends has grown into something bigger and more special than either of them imagined.
