We booked Ruby Reign bar staff for our wedding with an open bar for 110 guests. Lily, Jack and Bianca were absolutely amazing. They were warm, friendly, calm and so so helpful. They were professional and provided excellent service and went above and beyond helping us clear up, sort out the kitchen and rubbish at the end of the reception. We cannot thank them enough for doing so much to help make our big day run smoothly and would highly recommend them for any event.

We had a DIY wedding at West usk lighthouse. Rather than end up serving guests ourselves we hired two people from Ruby Reign. Prior to the event they had great comms so the staff were well briefed. On the day - they were incredible!! So smart, so polite, so helpful and friendly, we can’t thank Gibril and Mia enough. They were adaptable, kept everyone topped up, cleared, served and even carried our emergency Uber Eats ice order from the car park. They kept their cook on a seriously hot day and made our wedding relaxed and easy. If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would. Just perfect! Would absolutely recommend!

To say we were blown away is an understatement, the whole team were fantastic from start to finish! There were so many moving parts to our wedding with canapes, a bar with lots of drinks and cocktails, salad tables, dessert tables and all on one of the hottest days of the year. The team truly went above and beyond, even running to the shop to top up on ice and drinks we had run out of. I cannot believe how hard they worked and I will be recommending them to every person I know who is looking to host a similar party. All of our guests were coming up to us and commenting how lovely and helpful all the staff members were, beyond our wildest expectations - thank you team!!!
