Born from over 8 years of baking experience, Saani Sambol is a unique small cake business specialising in all things cake- from one-of-a-kind bespoke creations to unique mini cakes with a story to tell.
After winning my school bake-off at the age of 9, I continued to grow my skills and develop a true love for baking, experimenting with distinct flavour combinations and perfecting my decorating techniques. Finally, in 2022, I decided to take the next step and launched Saani Sambol.
Since then, we've grown through marketing on Instagram, where we now have a community of over 300 followers (and counting!). This year, we've launched our Tamil Dessert Mini Cake Collection, a series of 8 mini cakes inspired by the confections of my Sri Lankan heritage- something I'm proud to say you won't find anywhere else.
So whether you're looking for a special sweet treat or a custom showstopping centrepiece, Saani Sambol promises to deliver an unforgettable experience, baked with love.
