Safari Corporate Catering is a Northern Ireland based outside catering company providing a wide range of BBQ options including a wide range of NI Meats, vegetarian, vegan, halal and pescetarian options.

We create menu's using only the best locally sourced produce, you tell us what you require and we'll do our very best to make it happen.
We specalise in Corporate Events, Day 2 Weddings, Family Celebrations, Birthday Parties, Christenings, Main Event Weddings, Engagements, Hen Parties, Stag Parties, Festivals, Concerts, etc.
We can tailor our menus to suit your needs and budget, call us and see what we can do for you.
Our meats and vegetarian options are all cooked naturally over charcoal and are served in Brioche, Vegan or Gluten Free rolls with suitable dressings included in our pricing, we can provide accompaniments such as crushed baby potatoes, rustic fries, pasta salads, etc
All our products are served on ceramic plates with stainless steel cutlery which our staff will collect post event or alternatively we have high quality biodegradable plates, cutlery, etc if you would prefer your guests to just grab and go.
We always leave the area as we found it with no trace.
Safari Corporate Catering along with our sister company Safari Banbridge both hold the maximum 5 star rating for food hygiene and we are fully insured for public and employers liability up to £10,000,000, so you know your in safe hands.
We can cover all types of events from 10 guests to 10,000, no job is too small.

Excellent - Would Recommend
The whole process of arranging this event was simple and easy with Safari Catering. Communication was clear and accurate. They arrived at the event when they said they would and set up. We have received so many compliments on the food and the service level they provided was excellent. If you want delicious food and excellent service then I highly recommend Safari Catering for your event.
Excellent service and delicious food
Dave provided the catering for a birthday party last weekend and I couldn’t fault a single thing. In the weeks leading up to the event he was very helpful with the menu. He was very punctual and extremely reliable on the day. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it with empty plates all around! The plates and cutlery were provided and even cleaned up afterwards so it was stress free for us. Dave is both friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any event!
Fantastic food and service
Safari Grill provided the food at a recent birthday party for over 100 people. Very professional service, excellent communication and food was outstanding, all of our guests were very impressed and very well fed. Dave and his team, set up, served and cleaned up afterwards. They were super efficient, accommodating and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use them again.

A fantastic array of mouth watering meats and sides provided. Desserts were delicious. Dave and Deirdre were a complete pleasure to work with, communication was top notch and food was tasty and plentiful. Cannot fault Safari, great business!
