Overseeing the day-to-day running and operational delivery of the business, his experience covers event safety, venue operations, physical security, and close protection. His approach is built around preparation and prevention, resolving concerns before they have a chance to affect the client or the occasion. Hash, our Operations Coordinator, has extensive experience working with event organisations as a freelance professional. His operational knowledge and team coordination help ensure every assignment runs smoothly and calmly. Laura leads Promotions and Event Operations, combining a strong hospitality background with experience in logistics and client engagement. She brings an additional dimension to our work, ensuring professionalism is always balanced with warmth and an understanding of the guest experience.
