SEIJAKU is led by Jevon, a former Royal Navy Marine Engineer with a background in the food industry and food business management. In her day-to-day life she works as a Senior Electrical Engineer, bringing the same precision and discipline to everything she does. A qualified life coach who has worked with veterans and individuals navigating life's challenges, Jevon founded SEIJAKU from a genuine passion for Japanese tea culture and a personal discovery of what matcha could do for mind and body. At events, there's nothing she loves more than introducing someone to matcha for the very first time. By her side is a well-travelled tea enthusiast whose journeys across India and Europe introduced him to the rich diversity of tea culture around the world. He once dreamed of becoming a chef — and through SEIJAKU, that dream found its home. His warmth, curiosity, and genuine care for people bring something special to every event, and his deep appreciation for quality ingredients — from Ceylon tea to hand-selected spices — quietly shapes the soul of what SEIJAKU creates.
