Our signature birria beef is cooked low and slow with traditional spices until it’s rich, tender, and full of depth, then served in crispy dipped tacos with fresh toppings and our homemade consommé for dipping.

I do this because cooking has always been my way of taking care of people. I started making birria for family and friends, and seeing their reactions pushed me to share it with more people. I’m inspired by Mexican street food, tradition, and food made with time and heart. Every taco we serve comes from that place.

We’ve brought our birria to weddings, festivals, and market events, and people absolutely love it. Each event has taught us how to serve big crowds while keeping the flavours authentic and the tacos unforgettable.

We look to offer our services to any festival or event planners, wedding planners and also private hire food for private events serving a minimum of 40 people.
