Skiacha

Skiacha is an Italian focaccia catering concept inspired by the schiacciata shops of Florence and Tuscany. We serve generous, freshly prepared focaccia sandwiches made with crisp, golden bread (baked in-house!) and high-quality Italian fillings.

Our service is designed to feel warm, simple and memorable: focaccia slabs are displayed, sliced and filled in front of guests, creating a live food experience rather than a standard buffet. It works especially well for weddings, private parties, office lunches, brand events, birthdays, community events and markets.

Menus can include classic Italian combinations such as mortadella, mozzarella and pistachio; prosciutto cotto with mushroom cream and sun-dried tomatoes; and vegetarian options with ricotta, roasted vegetables and tapenade. We can adapt the menu depending on the event, guest numbers and dietary requirements.
