Slice Of Fire Neapolitan Pizza Company has been serving authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza since 2018.
IT`S NOT OUR JOB – IT`S OUR PASSION !!!
All our pizzas are handmade with min. 48 hours double-proofed, Neapolitan best mix of flour dough, pre-fermented – that`s why We are proudly serving super light, airy and easy-to-digest 12-inch pizza. We also use only the finest, imported Italian ingredients like – San Marzano Vesuvian tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Extra Virgin Olive oil and many, many more!!!
All baked in dome ovens in min. 470C for less than 90 sec to create perfect flavour and fragrance in front of your guests.
We can make min 60 pizzas per hour!!!
We are offering all of this to hire, including our beautiful Airstream, friendly staff, service and mouth-watering Menu prepare by our experienced pizzaiolo`s.
We offer also dessert, salads and many extras to fullfill your requirements.
We operate mostly in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire & Derbyshire however can cover any other places!!!

Absolutely Brilliant!
From start to finish, dealing with Slice of Fire was flawless. Timely and professional in providing an initial quote and confirming menus, on the day they arrived at the time they said, got on with their thing with very little input from us, and provided fantastic quality food for our party guests. The Airstream really made an impact too and everyone loved it. I would definitely use these guys again. Many thanks for helping our party go with a bang :-) A++

Absolutely beautiful pizza! Everyone loved it and was complementing the pizza and service all night The guys where so helpful, turned up when agreed and did everything they said they would Would definitely recommend and book them again of we have an event in the future Thank you - you where ace!!
Excellent food for our festival themed event
