All our pizzas are handmade from the scratch with min. 48 hours double-proofed, Neapolitan best mix of flour dough, pre-fermented – that`s why We are proudly serving super light, airy and easy-to-digest 12-inch pizza. We also use only the finest, imported Italian ingredients like – San Marzano Vesuvian tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Extra Virgin Olive oil and many, many more!!!
Buffet style, individual boxes ??? We can do whatever is best for you!!!
All pizzas are baked in dome ovens in min. 470C for less than 90 sec to create perfect flavour and fragrance in front of your guests.
We can make min 90 pizzas per hour!!!
Vegan, Gluten Free, Halal - all can be provided and customized !!!
We are offering all of this to hire, including our beautiful Airstream, friendly staff, service and mouth-watering Menu prepare by our experienced pizzaiolo`s. We offer also dessert, salads and many extras to fullfill your requirements.

From start to finish, dealing with Slice of Fire was flawless. Timely and professional in providing an initial quote and confirming menus, on the day they arrived at the time they said, got on with their thing with very little input from us, and provided fantastic quality food for our party guests.
