Here at Smokin Barrel, we aim to provide quality locally sourced meats, slow-cooked for up to 36 hours, using authentic recipes from places such as Texas and Argentina to ensure every meal is extremely tasty.
We believe in supporting local independent businesses so all of our ingredients are supplied by local family-run businesses.
What you might find on a typical menu could range from pulled pork in a Carolina BBQ sauce, delicious brisket, tender marinated chicken legs, and juicy glazed spare ribs to our very own artisan sausages. All accompanied by chips and our own creamy coleslaw or a bun if you would prefer. We have some vegetarian options available too like our triple cheese mac and cheese and our Vegetarian burgers.
We are currently having our trailer built so for now we will come to your event and set up our gazebo and serving tables along with our home-crafted Smoker to finish off the food and ensure a nice BBQ taste in every bite.
Our state of the art woodfired pizza oven provides authentic delicious pizzas, we use the finest ingredients to ensure we produce the best tasting pizzas possible.
