Sparkle & Magic provide mobile horsebox units. Providing Vegetarian Catering, Brymor Ice Cream Sundae Bar and an English Sparkling Wine bar. We have optional seating and tables, and we are able to offer a covered café-style area, if requested.
Our units are handcrafted to our specifications, designed for speed of service and ease of access. We don’t create queues, we create a destination your guests will want to visit.
Delicious - First and foremost our food is always delicious! We achieve this by using what's in season and grown in your area. We aim to intrigue, entice, elevate great produce and most importantly leave you satisfied.
Local - As we grow as a small business, so does our network of local providers, producers and growers. By working alongside other independent small businesses we are helping reduce the carbon footprint of your food. Working closely and where we can we bring you great produce directly from farm to plate, this helps us guarantee the quality of our products and delivers exceptional freshness and flavour. Championing the champions of great UK products is just part of our passion.
Sustainable - When we say sustainable we don’t mean delivering you the same product time and time again. We mean working towards sourcing 90% or more of our menu from seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced UK growers and producers. We mean delivering you the finest ingredients while reducing our impact on the planet.
While we have a core menu you're welcome to choose from for your event, we are always happy to discuss your ideas.

Fantastic service, arrived on site early to set up
Delivered a very high quality service with quality products, all of our staff gave tremendous feedback on how delicious the hot chocolate and brownies were, was a pleasure to have sparkle and magic on our sites, would definitely use again for future events.

We were so impressed with Sparkle and Magic! From all the initial communications, to the set up and service on the day- the team were professional, communicative and very kind. The food itself was delicious - so was the coffee. Cannot praise them highly enough - we had such a nice evening!
Great addition to our wedding
They provided coffee and breakfast to some of our guests which was much appreciated by them. Communication was great and they turned up on time and delivered what we were expecting. The coffee was good and the veggie breakfast muffins were delicious and set me up for my big day!
