Our Story
I have been DJ-ing professionally for over 35 years and can play a wide range of music styles, anything from 60’s 70’s, 80’s 90’s, 00’s, Pop, Rock, Heavy Metal, Cheesey Party, Club classics, House, Garage, Trance, Techno, RnB, Hip Hop, and everything in between, right through to 2025’s newest music. I have vast experience in playing to large and small crowds, each requiring a different skill set. I have played at many different venues and events. My early work as a mobile DJ, in addition to my super Club residencies, has taught me how to read crowds and play music for them during a night out. It’s all about the crowd experience. I always keep in mind that you have to keep the people happy and play the music they want to hear. Clients, Club managers and agents repeatedly tell me that my strongest attributes are my music selection, ability to read a crowd, my unique mixing skills and my crystal-clear microphone work. So many DJs either fail to connect with the crowd or don’t have the ability to speak audibly and professionally, I provide radio-level mic work, with club-level mixing and music knowledge.

We are based in Banstead in Surrey, so we can cover London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex areas. These are all very conveniently located, and in 35 years I have never cancelled a gig, once you book with me rest assured, that I will never let you or your guests down.

He arrived with a crisp setup (smoke, bubbles, and lights that filled the room without overwhelming it) then handed the playlist reins to my 11-year-old daughter. Result: every song she and her friends wanted aired within minutes, plus on-the-spot requests blended in seamlessly. His polite son shadowed him, keeping cables tidy and the energy high, while Johan himself stayed on the mic just enough to nudge shy teens onto the floor. No dead air, no questionable lyrics, no stress,just two hours of non-stop motion and smiling kids. If you need a family-safe DJ who actually listens to the birthday star, lock Johan’s calendar early; weekends fill fast for a reason.

Johan is the best DJ!
We hired Johan very last minute, and he was AMAZING! His set up is brilliant, all brand new equipment, amazing sound and light show and a proper DJ booth. It made the venue look amazing! My guests were all asking me where I had found him! His music selection is brilliant and he played all the music we asked for and all mixed brilliantly! Johan is so friendly and professional and was super tidy! We will be booking Johan again for all of our events and my friends have all taken his details!! His price was very reasonable too! Amazing DJ, cannot recommend him enough!
