Absolutely Fantastic Food and Service - Thank You!
Andy at Symphony provided the catering for 80 people at my 25th Anniversary Party 31st August. Everyone at the do came to me and commented how fantastic the food was, the quality, choice and taste, and plenty to eat! We had a selection of hot food including Chicken Dejon, Boeuf Bourguignon, Moroccan Veg Cassoulet all with accompaniments, followed by Pavlova, Profiteroles, Chocolate Parfait, Fresh fruit salad and a Cheese Board . My husband tried all the mains and was well impressed how tasty they all were and commented on the excellent cheese board. I really enjoyed the Chocolate Parfait and would like the recipe! My thanks goes to Andy, not only for the brilliant food but for guiding me on the excellent choices!
