We make freshly baked chimney cakes or 'Kurtosh' - traditionally a sweet pastry, yeasty dough rolled on wooden cylinders and baked in a rotisserie oven (or open fire).
Our menu has a modern twist on this traditional Hungarian / Transylvania pastry- offering both sweet and savoury deliciousness.
