About Tex's Snack Shack

Ask what food we do, its an easy answer steak subs, burgers Texas style Bbq's, Mexican style burritos, milkshakes, and much more

But its more than that, see we source the finest ingredients from the best welfare farms around , we call it from farm to fork.

When we make burgers its from the best rump and we seal it in the kamodo bbq then mince it ourselves.

When we use a spice its our own as we have a commercial dehydration unit to dry peppers, garlic, onions etc then blend it all in our commercial grinder to make what we call meat magic. No preservitive, no fillers, no rubbish

Our ice cream is made 1 litre at a time using milk and cream from the Isle of Jersy.

We source all our products from eco-friendly suppliers

So know with confidence if you choose us to cater for your special day, you are going to get street food at its finest and made with love.

Tex Mex delivered a great service!

Tex Mex owners Laurence and Mandy gave us a friendly service with great food! They were reliable, easy to work with and were able to be adaptable to the needs of the specific customers. It was a great experience to have them here for 3 days and I would definitely have them back if the situation arises.

Good value for money food

Arrived in plenty of time to set up for the event. The food was tasty and good value for money. I do think notes in relation to customers wishes could be improved.

Lovely burritos

Tex catered our small festival with tasty burritos and other texan snacks and meals. His dragon burgers were great. An awesome looking little truck, tex's snack shack would be a great addition to any event.
