Our professional mixologists and sommeliers provide fully equipped mobile bar services for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.

Our Story
Founded by Rares Tom Pasare, The Aproned Mixologist & Co was born from a passion for mixology, fine wines and exceptional hospitality. What began as a bespoke bar service for private events in East London has grown into a trusted provider of stylish mobile cocktail and wine experiences.
From intimate home gatherings to large corporate functions, our mission has always been the same — to bring bar-quality cocktails and carefully curated wine selections directly to your event, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Over the years, we’ve proudly collaborated with talented chefs, boutique wineries and premium suppliers across the UK.
Our collaborations include:
• Chef Lopez Catering – dining and canapé services for private and corporate events • Independent Wineries – sourcing small-production wines from the UK and Europe • Local Artisans & Suppliers – supporting seasonal ingredients and sustainable sourcing

Rares Pasare — Founder & Managing Director
With over a decade of experience in hospitality and mixology, Rares founded The Aproned Mixologist & Co to bring stylish mobile cocktail and wine experiences to private and corporate events across London. His background in fine dining and international hospitality has shaped the brand’s focus on exceptional service, premium ingredients and memorable guest experiences.
Nick Morari — Co-Owner & Marketing Director Nick joined the company in 2022, bringing experience in hotel operations and business development. As Co-Owner and Marketing Director, he focuses on growing the brand across London and Essex while overseeing guest experience and strategic partnerships.
Together, the team works with talented chefs, boutique wineries and trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality bar services and unique drinks experiences for every event.
Recognition The Aproned Mixologist & Co was awarded Runner-Up at the Genesis 2025 Entrepreneurship Awards in London.

Experience
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have held senior leadership roles including Management, Food & Beverage Director and Venue General Manager at renowned London venues such as Bedales at Borough Market, Osteria at the Barbican, Plate Bar & Restaurant at M by Montcalm Hotel, and Solstice Restaurant & Bar at St Paul’s.
Building on this experience, I founded The Aproned Mixologist & Co, creating a mobile bar concept that combines exceptional service, professional mixology and curated wine selections. Our goal is to deliver stylish drinks experiences for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events across London and surrounding areas.

Just fabulous!
We hired Tom, The Aproned Mixologist for my mum’s 90th birthday and couldn’t have been happier. Tom was helpful and knowledgeable, keeping in regular contact about pricing, drink options, and themed cocktails. He was always sunny and polite, an absolute delight to deal with. On the night, the cocktails were fantastic and perfectly matched our theme, with a great range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Service was friendly and efficient, and many guests commented on how brilliant the bar was. I would highly recommend this service!
