About The Aproned Mixologist & Co

We are an independent family business specialising in high-quality, professional and friendly bar and wine services across London and the surrounding areas. Our services include: ~ Cocktail Bars – offering bottomless experiences or pre-paid drink packages, featuring classic cocktails with a modern twist or a more in-depth Mixologist experience, available from a three-hour open bar, unlimited cocktails for your guests. ~ All-Inclusive Drinks Packages – open bar service including cocktails, wines, spirits and mixers, beers, soft drinks, mocktails and more. ~ Wine Bars – open bar service with a curated wine list / and sparkling wine selection for private or corporate events. ~ Mocktail Bars – a fully alcohol-free experience, with all mocktails and mock-spritzers at 0% ABV and soft drinks. ~ Cash-Bar or Open Bar for Private and Corporate Events – including reception drinks, fully equipped mobile bars and all-inclusive bar packages for: Weddings, Birthday parties, Gatherings, Celebrations, Corporate Events, Corporate meetings, New Openings, Business shows, Receptions and more. ~ Cocktail Masterclasses – interactive sessions including a take-home masterclass kit, with a minimum of two cocktails per person/ per session. ~ Wine Tastings & Wine Experiences – from classic wine tastings featuring four wines (75 ml each), led by a Certified Sommelier with all tasting materials and licensing included, to more interactive wine workshops and wine & food pairing experiences. All our packages include: Complete glassware setup (disposable or glass) Professional staff, including experienced sommeliers, mixologists and bartenders All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages A fully equipped mobile bar *Optional catering ( food ) services provided by our certified partners We were proudly awarded Runner-Up – Business Award at the Genesis 2025 Entrepreneurship Business Show, recognising our commitment to quality, innovation and hospitality. Founded by Rares Tom Pasare, The Aproned Mixologist & Co was born from a passion for mixology, fine wines, and exceptional service. What began as a small, bespoke bar service for private events in East London has grown into a trusted name in mobile cocktail and wine experiences.

From intimate home gatherings to large corporate functions, our mission has always been the same — to bring bar-quality cocktails and curated wine selections directly to your event, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience.

Over the years, we’ve proudly partnered with talented chefs, boutique wineries, and premium brands across U.K.

Our Team

Rares Pasare - Founder and Managing Director With over a decade of rich experience in the dynamic world of hospitality, I warmly invite you to explore a realm of exquisite flavours, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences. My journey through Europe's diverse culinary landscapes led me to the UK in the summer of 2016, where I began as Head of Bar for a prestigious fine dining oriental restaurant just outside London. Nick Morari - Co-Owner & Marketing Director Nick arrived in London in 2021 and quickly became involved in back-of-house hotel management, where his commitment to high service standards earned him frequent recognition. He joined The Aproned Mixologist & Co in 2022, investing as a shareholder believing in the project, contributing to an increase in overall capital.

Experience

With over 25 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, I have held senior roles as Management, F&B and Venue General Manager at iconic London locations such as Bedales at Borough Market, Osteria at Barbican, Plate Bar & Restaurant at M by Montcalm Hotel, Solstice Restaurant & Bar at St. Paul’s, and more.

I decided to take the next step and create a mobile bar concept that combines exceptional service with extensive product knowledge, offering delicious wines and crafted cocktails. Our mission is to provide memorable experiences for private and corporate events, making every gathering even more special by having us as part of your celebration.

Typical Clients

We offer pre-paid and cash bar services for all types of events, including weddings, venue-based and home celebrations, chapel receptions, and drinks receptions, with a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Our services are available to all clients and tailored to suit your event’s needs.
