I started in the hospitality and catering industry working hands-on in fast-paced service environments, where I learned the importance of timing, presentation, and guest experience. Over time, I moved into roles that involved supervising events and managing service teams, which gave me a deeper understanding of large-scale catering operations.

I have several years of hands-on experience in the hospitality and catering industry, starting from frontline restaurant service and progressing into supervisory and event management roles. Over this time, I’ve worked across busy restaurant environments, private functions, and large-scale wedding and corporate events.

Key milestones in my journey include moving into a supervisory position, where I was responsible for coordinating service teams, managing buffet and table service operations, and ensuring smooth delivery during high-pressure events. I also gained experience in bartending and guest service management, which strengthened my ability to maintain quality and consistency across different service styles.

A major achievement in my career has been successfully managing and supporting high-volume catering events where timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction are critical. These experiences have helped build a strong reputation for reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
