The Balloon Weaver is a Berkshire-based event styling business creating beautiful, bespoke setups for celebrations of all kinds. From statement balloon installations and luxury backdrops to elegant draping, florals, personalised signage and complete event styling, we bring everything together to transform your space and make your celebration feel truly special. We style weddings, engagements, proposals, birthdays, baby showers, christenings, anniversaries, corporate events and South Asian celebrations including Mehndi, Sangeet, Maiyan, Dholki and Rokha events. Every setup is tailored to you. Whether you're looking for a simple statement backdrop or styling for a larger celebration, we'll work with your colour palette, venue, theme and budget to create something that feels considered and personal — rather than a one-size-fits-all package. Our styling can include organic balloon garlands, sailboard and hoop backdrops, luxury draping, floral styling, personalised signage, easel displays, statement numbers, seating and traditional celebration styling. We're friendly, reliable and genuinely love what we do. From the initial ideas through to setup on the day, our aim is to make the process easy for you while creating a backdrop your guests will remember — and one you'll love seeing in your photos. Based in Berkshire and covering Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and surrounding areas, with travel further afield available. The Balloon Weaver was created by the two of us from a shared love of making celebrations look and feel special. What started with us creating and styling together quickly grew into something we genuinely love doing as a team.

We both bring something different to every setup – from the creative ideas, colours and finishing touches to the practical side of bringing it all together on the day. We’re very hands-on and take real pride in seeing an idea go from a conversation with a client to a finished setup.

We’re inspired by celebrations in all their forms and love that no two events are ever quite the same. Whether it’s an intimate birthday at home, a colourful Sangeet or Mehndi, or an elegant wedding celebration, we want our styling to feel personal to the people we’re creating it for.

The Balloon Weaver is very much a labour of love for us, and there’s usually plenty of laughter behind the scenes too! We care about the little details, but most importantly, we want our clients to enjoy the experience and feel genuinely excited when they see everything come together.

That gives them “couple/team behind the business” energy without actually telling them anything about you two . I actually prefer this to inventing some big dramatic “how we started” story — it sounds much more genuine.

Our experience has already taken The Balloon Weaver from private celebrations to larger public and corporate events.

A key milestone for us was providing event styling for the British Food Festival, giving us the opportunity to create for a large-scale public event. We have also had the pleasure of styling a CEO’s milestone birthday celebration at a prestigious golf club, alongside a growing portfolio of weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays and private celebrations.

Our experience also includes South Asian events such as Mehndi, Sangeet, Maiyan, Dholki and Rokha celebrations, where we love combining traditional elements with contemporary styling.

Across our events we have created bespoke balloon installations, statement backdrops, draping, florals, personalised signage and coordinated event styling, adapting each design to the venue and the client's vision.

We're proud of how The Balloon Weaver has grown and of the variety of events we've been trusted to style. For us, every new booking is another opportunity to build on that experience and create something completely individual for our clients.

One tiny thing: I'd definitely say “a CEO's milestone birthday” rather than naming them or the company. It sounds impressive, but keeps the client's privacy intact — and that actually comes across more professional.
