The Bowler also makes regular appearances at markets, private events, film sets and summer festivals throughout the UK. Serving up street food classics inspired by his time on the scene. From loaded fries, to smoked hot dogs in buns from our friend's bakery. Rice boxes topped with our famous meatballs, spiced chicken or slow cooked lamb covered in our Great Taste Award-Winning sauces, to our 24hr marinated fried chicken and mango chutney slaw. The Bowler can work with clients to develop a food offer that works for them. Jez ran his own talent management company before ‘putting his balls on the line’ and setting up The Bowler. He learnt to cook at the organic farm and cookery school Ballymaloe, near Cork, before discovering the ‘food truck’ scene on a trip to the US which inspired the launch of The Bowler. He started off doing a Supper Club for friends before finding his eye-catching van on eBay and becoming one of the first food trucks in the UK on the London street food scene.
