The Cake Labs was created from a love of science, art and nature. We specialise in luxury, contemporary cakes and bakes, designed to wow guests in both looks and flavour.
From meaningful, sculpted cakes that reflect your journey together, to multi-tiered centrepieces that feel more like works of art, every design is thoughtfully created and baked to order in our studio based in Crowborough, East Sussex

Our Story
I was 18 years old and about to head to uni to study biology…and then I found cakes! It started as cupcakes, and then sculpted birthday cakes, and within no time, it was weddings! This is where I found my true love and my kind of people.
I'm a lover of the countryside and the natural art it brings to life. You'll see that inspiration reflected in my designs — with a love for organic forms and beautiful texture.
Flavour is just as important to me as design. I work seasonally where possible, creating combinations that are sometimes unexpected, but always delightful
I'm a little quirky by nature, and I think that shows in my work - unique, elegant, and thoughtfully designed to be remembered.
To me, it's more than just cake. It's edible art, creating memories that will last a lifetime
