The Eventists was created by two best friends with over 13 years of experience working in the events industry. We specialise in on-the-day event coordination and event setup, taking care of the details behind the scenes so our clients can relax and enjoy every moment of their celebration.

We work with couples, venues and event hosts to make sure everything runs smoothly from setup through to the final guest leaving. From transforming spaces with decorations and personal touches, coordinating suppliers, managing timings and solving unexpected issues, we’re there to make sure the event comes together exactly as planned.

Throughout our careers, we’ve been involved in hundreds of events and have seen first-hand how much work goes into creating a truly memorable occasion — as well as how stressful it can be when there isn’t someone experienced there to manage the details.

We started The Eventists because we wanted to offer the support we knew so many couples and event hosts needed: someone trusted to step in, take control of the logistics and make sure everything they had worked so hard to create came together perfectly.

What inspires us is seeing the moment when our clients can finally relax and enjoy their own event. We love being the calm behind the chaos — solving problems, managing the moving parts and making sure guests experience the day exactly as intended.

With years of hands-on experience across weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, we bring practical knowledge, organisation and a genuine love for the industry to every event we support. For us, it’s not just about making things run smoothly; it’s about giving people the freedom to be present and create memories they’ll remember for years to come.

Between us, Karen and Hina have many years of experience working in the events industry, with hands-on involvement across hundreds of weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and large-scale occasions.

Alongside The Eventists, we also own and run our own event venue, giving us a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver successful events from both the client and venue perspective. From supplier coordination and event setup to managing timings, troubleshooting problems and ensuring guests have an incredible experience, we have spent years mastering the details that make an event run smoothly.

Over our careers, we have built strong relationships with suppliers, venues and event professionals, and have developed the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing the unexpected moments that come with live events.

Our biggest achievement is the trust our clients place in us to take over one of the most important days of their lives. We are proud to have supported countless events and continue to bring our experience, organisation and practical knowledge to every occasion we work on.
