Wiltshire-based coffee and cake trailer. Founded in 2024.
Starting my journey as a barista for over 3 years and with a huge passion for coffee, I knew I wanted to own a coffee trailer. I taught myself how to bake, wanting quality items on my cake stand to go with my delicious coffee.

So with that, I sold my homemade cakes and baked goods at markets in Wiltshire.
Everything is made with love and soul, that is what The Hermit is all about.
Come June 2025, The Hermit Trailer was born.
