Hello, I'm Janet, the maker behind The Keepsake Studio.

It started with my baby girl. I'm a sentimental person, and while planning her baby shower and her first birthday, I searched for something my guests could actually keep, a small piece of the day worth holding onto. I couldn't find it anywhere. Every photo booth I'd seen felt like a transaction: snap a photo, grab a paper strip, forget it by morning.

Planning those events myself, I also knew how stressful pulling a celebration together can be, so I wanted to create something that takes a little pressure off while giving your guests something truly special to keep.

So I decided to make something that lasts. Every magnet, keyring and keepsake is made by hand, on the night of your event, each one a little object you can pick up years later and remember exactly who was there.

Becoming a mum shaped all of this, a business that fits around family life but leaves something that matters long after. I'm based in London and work with couples, families and businesses across the UK, from intimate gatherings to weddings of every size.
