The Pizza Trailer serves up traditional hand-stretched Neapolitan pizza straight from their gorgeous stone bake oven. All of their dough is handmade and allowed to rest for at least 36 hours, giving you incredibly light and fluffy dough which is easily digestible. All of their toppings, such as their delicious Meat Feast, are sourced locally from independent producers whilst still honouring Neapolitan tradition.
