The Munch

The Munch is a wedding and event catering company based on the Isle of Wight, creating relaxed, generous food for celebrations of all kinds. We specialise in wedding food that feels personal and informal, with menus designed to be shared and enjoyed together. We believe the best moments at celebrations happen around the table when people are relaxed, well fed and enjoying each other's company.

We cater for weddings, private parties, corporate events and special gatherings of all shapes and sizes. Our menus include sharing boards and long table feasts, slow cooked BBQs and open fire cooking, hand stretched pizza buffets, thoughtful canapés and seasonal sides, and relaxed roasts and comfort food. We also provide full bar service including Florence, our vintage VW cocktail van. Every menu is tailored to the season, the setting and the people around the table. We take on a limited number of events each season so we can give every celebration the attention it deserves.

Our approach is informal but considered, focusing on how the food feels as much as how it tastes, with no rigid service and no unnecessary fuss, just thoughtful food served with care.

We are experienced in everything from outdoor and marquee weddings to private homes and unique spaces. We regularly work with venues, planners and private clients across the Isle of Wight and the South, managing events of all shapes and sizes from intimate gatherings to large celebrations.
