Our mission is to deliver a warm and professional mobile bar experience tailored to your needs. We've transformed a vintage 1970s Rice Horsebox into a fully equipped mobile bar. Your guests can indulge in a diverse range of beverages, including wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks.
We can cater to your specific event needs, offering various options including cash bars, voucher bars, prepaid bars, or a combination of these.
Our pricing is straightforward and budget-friendly, and we don't impose a minimum spending requirement. We provide our mobile bar services for events with 50 or more adults, lasting at least 4 hours, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your event while we handle the drinks.
Our standard hire includes:
- Staff members for the duration of your event, with additional staff as needed based on the number of guests (typically one extra staff member per 50 guests) - Setup and takedown of your chosen bar - A minimum duration of 4 hours with no maximum limit - Any necessary alcohol licenses - Public and product liability insurance - Transportation costs within a 25-mile radius each way - Polycarbonate, reusable glassware, with the option for traditional glassware upon request - Choice of draught lager or cider (to be discussed and agreed beforehand - may incur additional cost) - Initial and final consultation calls, if needed - Card payment facility* or cash payment *requires 3g signal - No minimum spending requirement.
