The Rustic Wedding Company was founded in 2014 with a love of creative styling and a passion for making weddings feel personal. What began as a small styling business has grown into an award-winning team offering bespoke styling, floristry, curated packages and DIY prop hire, whilst still keeping the same hands-on, detail-focused approach at the heart of everything we do.

With over a decade of experience in wedding styling and floristry, The Rustic Wedding Company has worked across a wide range of venues, styles and wedding formats. We were named TWIA National Winner for Best Venue Stylist in 2021, National Highly Commended in 2020 and 2022, and Regional East Midlands Best Venue Stylist for three consecutive years. Our Director, Lesley McCall, has also been a judge for The Wedding Industry Awards since 2022.
