We are a relatively new company formed in April 2015 called The Shuckin' Seafood Shack and we are based in Falmouth. We are an environmentally conscious company selling ethically and locally sourced hot and cold seafood based street food.
We source as may products as possible from within Cornwall and insist on knowing the provenance of our ingredients. We also use environmentally friendly packaging products, again from within Cornwall if at all possible. Our ethos is to deliver a unique product and our menu is not the average trailer fast food.
Furthermore we use seasonal products to make our menu as seasonal as possible, meaning it is constantly changing. We provide good quality seafood in a modern way. All our seafood is ethically sourced and our daily specials menu reflects the "catch of the day". This means we can keep our prices affordable for a high quality product.
We are adept at changing the products we produce to reflect themes as well as seasons. We are available for hire for weddings, parties and other social functions and can be seen at festivals and events throughout Cornwall and the South West.
