I specialise in authentic, low‑and‑slow American‑style BBQ, cooked with care, patience, and proper technique. Everything I serve is handcrafted from scratch — from the rubs to the smoke profile — using quality ingredients and traditional methods that bring out deep, bold flavour in every bite.
My signature buffet includes dishes like candied pork belly, 12‑hour peach pulled pork and the star of the show a 16‑hour smoked Texas brisket. It’s the kind of food that’s made to bring people together, perfect for weddings, celebrations, and events where you want something memorable, generous, and full of character.
What sets me apart is the time and attention that goes into every cook. Low‑and‑slow BBQ isn’t fast food — it’s an all‑weekend craft. I handle everything from prep to smoke to service, so you can relax knowing your guests will be well fed with food that’s been cooked properly, not rushed.
All my dishes are made using gluten‑free ingredients, and while I can’t offer a completely allergen‑free environment due to the nature of BBQ preparation, I’m always transparent and careful with dietary needs. People choose me because they want flavour, authenticity, and a caterer who genuinely cares about the experience. I bring passion, professionalism, and a commitment to quality to every event and I treat your day with the same pride I put into the food.

Our Story
After visiting America in 2012 & 2014, I fell in love with the country through football coaching. With this I was able to meet many wonderful families, one of which welcomed me back to their house in Texas at the beginning of 2020. It was here where I learnt the beautiful art of smoking meat, in particular brisket, which sparked a passion inside of me. I learnt keenly from my Texan family and taken my skills from strength to strength in the ambition of introducing everybody of the beauty that is smoked BBQ.
