I have had the privilege to cater for prestigious VIP's inc. celebrities & royalty within kitchens & tents all over the world including exercises & operational conflicts. I have a SVQ3 in professional cookery, Highfield level 4 in managing food safety in catering (distinction) & level 5 Leadership & Management.
