The Swan Bar provides professional mobile bar hire for weddings, corporate events, private parties and public events across Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglia, with nationwide coverage available for larger events.

Backed by over 20 years of bar and event experience, we can provide everything from a compact bar setup to larger bars of up to 16 metres, complete with refrigeration, multiple tills and experienced bar staff.

We offer flexible options to suit your event, including cash/card bars, hosted bars and wedding drinks packages covering welcome drinks, toast drinks and wine for the table. We can also provide a selection of cocktails and tailor the drinks range around your event and guests.

Our team has experience working at weddings, corporate functions and major public events, including events at Silverstone, Great Yarmouth Racecourse, Norfolk Showground and Euston Hall.

Where required, we can arrange the Temporary Event Notice (TEN), and we can operate with our own water and power supply when venue facilities are limited.

Our team brings over 20 years of experience in bars, hospitality and event service. Our experience includes weddings, private celebrations, corporate functions and major public events at venues including Great Yarmouth Racecourse, Norfolk Showground, Euston Hall and Silverstone, including MotoGP, Formula 1 and Touring Car events.

We can scale our setup and team to suit the event, from smaller private celebrations through to high-footfall public events.

We work with couples planning weddings, businesses organising corporate events, private party hosts, event organisers, venues, festivals and public event operators. We provide flexible bar services for both smaller celebrations and large-scale events across Norfolk, Suffolk, East Anglia and beyond.

The Swan Bar carries £2 million public liability insurance we arrange Temporary Event Notices (TENs) where required. Our experienced team works to responsible alcohol service standards, with appropriate licensing and event requirements agreed in advance.
