The Secret is in the Starter Our dough isn't just made; it’s inherited. We use a sourdough starter "born" in 1903, meticulously fed by the same family for over a century. Combined with imported Italian Caputo flour, purified water, and a pinch of sea salt, we create a crust that is as historic as it is delicious.

We booked The Wedding Pizza Company for our daughter’s 21st birthday party. Stephen & team were fantastic to work with from start to finish! The friendly & accommodating approach helped make the whole event easier. We were able to choose & name (guess the film) our own menu (with some restrictions - no pineapple allowed! ) the pizzas were delicious - a huge hit with the guests! The pricing was great - especially considering the quality of food. Really pleased with the paper plates making recycling easy. I have been asked to book them for another event we are involved in - which demonstrates our absolute satisfaction! Highly recommended! Thanks to Stephen & co.

Fantastic from start to finish
Massive thank you to the whole team at Wedding Pizza Co. We had a late cancellation for our wedding from another company but Wedding Pizza Co. stepped up and helped out in short notice. They were incredibly responsive throughout, and their pizza was brilliant. Their pizza truck and neon sign were great (especially in the dark) and having a personalized menu was a lovely touch. Thanks again and would definitely book again!
